  1. Where are Highview Projects located? How do I get there?

    Highview Communities Project location are as follows:

    Congressional Rd., Deparo, Kalookan City; a 5 mins. drive from Puregold Zabarte while 20mins. drive from SM Fairview and Robinson’s Mall,
    24hrs. transportation Via Quezon City or NLEX Meycauayan, Bulacan Exit

    HIGHVIEW ROYALE :
    Bo. Sto. Cristo, San Jose del Monte City
    24hrs., transportation via Quezon City or NLEX Marilao, Bulacan Exit

    HIGHVIEW HILLS :
    Brgy. Sampaloc, Apalit, Pampanga
    24hrs., transportation via NLEX San Simon Exit or Mc Arthur Highway

  2. What are the financing schemes available?

    We offer a flexible and affordable payment scheme thru Bank, Pag-IBIG and In-House Financing and a Zero percent interest for Deferred CASH payment maximum of 3yrs. for LOT only.Various Bank affiliation w/ competitive interest rate such as METROBANK, BDO, Union Bank, BPI Family Saving Bank, or any bank chosen by buyers
    In-house interest rate starts @14%p.a. ;
    Generous Discount applies to CASH buyers 

  3. When will I start paying the title transfer cost? And when will I get my title?

    Title transfer is being collected simultaneous to monthly amortization for In-house, while in PAG-IBIG transfer cost is included in the processing cost and for Bank Financing; payment is after the issuance of bank letter of guarantee. 

  4. When can I occupy or have possession of my house and lot?

    Units are Ready For Occupancy and turn-over is base on monthly move-in promo, Loan take-out for Pag-IBIG and Bank , while payment of 20% DP + 1mo. Amortization for In-house financing. 

  5. Can I alter/change/re-design my unit?

    No alteration can be made to façade / exterior of the housing unit, while alteration of the interior unit is subject for approval by Technical and Services Department. 

  6. How long would it take for my house to be constructed?

    House construction commences three months before the end of monthly down payment as scheduled provided the account is current and not past due. In most cases, construction is completed within five (5) months thereafter. 

  7. What are the fees/charges we have to pay prior to move-in?

    Prior to move-in, fees to be collected are as follows: 

    • HOA Membership Fee (one time collection)
    • Water Connection Fee (one time collection)
    • Real Property Tax (Every year)
    • Monthly HOA dues (every 17th of the month)
    • Water consumption (every 17th of the month)

    Other fees are construction bond (refundable) and amendment fees (if applicable).

  8. Do you have options for Lot purchase?

    Lot only is also being offered in deferred CASH maximum of three (3)yrs. and thru In-house or bank financing.  

  9. When can I construct my own house (Lot only Buyer)? And what are the requirements needed before I construct my own house?

    Lot turn-over commence after clearing of 50% payment of TCP + issuance of PDC for the balance;
    Payment of construction bond (refundable) and submission of housing plan for approval of Technical and Services Dept.
